Privacy Policy

• Account & contact details you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address);
• Order and transaction information (items, amounts, status). We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are processed by our payment provider;
• Communications you send us;
• Limited technical data (IP address, device/browser, usage) collected automatically to operate and secure the Site;
• Advertising and analytics identifiers set by third-party tags on the Site (for example Google Analytics, Meta, and TikTok cookies and click identifiers), used to measure traffic and advertising performance.

We share information only as needed to run the business: with service providers who act on our behalf (payment processing, shipping/carriers, hosting, analytics, email), to comply with law or valid legal process, and in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited, irreversibly hashed identifiers and purchase information with advertising platforms to measure advertising performance, as described under “Cookies, analytics & advertising” above. Some U.S. state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include this kind of advertising measurement even where no money changes hands. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We also use third-party analytics and advertising tools — currently Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel — to measure how the Site is used and how our advertising performs. These tools set their own cookies and identifiers and may combine that information with data they already hold about you.

In addition to information collected in your browser, we send certain purchase events directly from our servers to Meta and TikTok so we can measure advertising accurately when browser-based measurement is blocked or unavailable. These server-side events include the order value, currency, and the items purchased, together with irreversibly hashed contact details — your email address, and where available your phone number, city, state, postal code, and country. Hashing converts these values into a fixed code before they leave us; we do not transmit your name, your street address, or your payment card details to these platforms. The platforms use the hashed values only to determine whether you match an existing profile so a purchase can be attributed to an ad.

You can limit this activity by using your browser's cookie and tracking controls, a tracking-blocking extension, or your device's ad-tracking settings, and through the ad preference controls offered by Meta and TikTok. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. To ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising measurement, email support@apexbound.us.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact support@apexbound.us. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any such email.

The Site is intended for users 21 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
